Following the first edition in 2021, the second edition will be held in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 December 2023!

    The 1st JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, in November 2023, and the 2nd CROATIAN FILM FESTIVAL in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, in December 2023. For an overview of the festival, please see the Japan-Croatia Society page. Further details will be provided at a later date.

    The 2nd Japan Croatia Film Festival was scheduled to take place in December 2022, but due to various reasons, it has been postponed to next year, 2023 or later.
    We apologise for this disappointment to all those who have been looking forward to this event. We will continue to make preparations for the next event so that everyone can enjoy it.
    When we decide to hold the second event, we will announce it on this page and on the pages of the Croatian Society of Japan.
